Full instruction and training are provided with the i-start plus pack. You will be instructed on how to use the 'back- end' administration area of your website. The i-start plus pack also includes full assistance from our technical support team, should the need arise.

All of your required email addresses will be set up for you, using your domain name as the host (info@yourcompany.com). We can arrange to call to your offices and set up all of your email addresses on your individual in-house computer systems, if necessary and where possible.

A "Site Statistics Analysis System" will be setup on your site, that will enable you to monitor the number of visitors your business is receiving online - how many users logged on to your site on any given day. You will be able to review how they arrived at your web site, and more. The Site Statistics System will help you to analyse how effectively your traditional marketing tools are working when coupled with your new online presence. The system even emails you with daily, weekly, or monthly reports on your site traffic if you wish!

Making provisions so that a given user can find your website on the internet is equally as important as your website being functional, and is a paramount objective when doing business online.

We can ensure that your website is found online by coding each page in your website with the correct meta tags - title, description and keyword tags which describe your business correctly. Search engines use meta tags to index your website and match your website against a given users search entry. How your website's meta tags describe your business, could be a deciding factor in a potential customer visiting your website.
